Organizational Capacity
Mudsa Engineering has a well-defined chain of command and responsibility centers that allow for smooth internal operations. Each department head is considered as a leader and authority in his or her area of responsibility, but he or she is also subject to oversight from his or her immediate superior in the organization hierarchy. We were able to form a coherent group.
Compliance and Amenities
Mudsa Engineering has made significant investments in workplaces that allow us to successfully serve our clients. Our offices are all in convenient locations for our clients' convenience. The Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) has granted us permission to conduct vehicle assessment, damage assessment and pricing, and investigation work.
IT Infrastructure and Tools
We've made it a goal to keep up with the digital revolution in order to take advantage of the benefits of computerized operations. Each of our employees has a current computer that is connected to our business Local Area Network, which includes a powerful server. We also have a fast internet connection in place, which allows us to collaborate with our branches via the cloud. For our field officers, other equipment include high-quality compact cameras.
